Thank you for this post! I sampled your cupcakes a few years ago while on a trip to Philly and loved them. Ever since then I have been trying to figure out how to replicate that flavor back home in TX but couldn’t ever get close. Thanks again for the clarification!

Listen, I LOVE dessert, truly, but this Pumpple should be declared a menace. Why on earth are you advocating that much overindulgence? How on earth is this really a good idea? I’m sure it’s delicious, but at what cost? I mean, REALLY!

I love the buttercream at Flying Monkey. It is not too sweet and has a great texture.

Well, since I’m from Maine I had to try your classic whoopie pie. The cookie was very much like ours but your cream is not. Although, very tasty I knew it was going to be good after the first bite and you are wishing for a class of milk. Keep up the good work!
