The Pumpple

1. Can you ship the Pumpple cake? I live somewhere far away and would really like one for an upcoming party.

Sorry, but we are unable to ship the Pumpple cake at this time, and this isn’t likely to change any time soon. We devote many hours of time and patience to crafting each cake and customers pay good money to receive one. The idea of our precious cake flying through the air and arriving at your house in less than stellar condition does not jive with our commitment to quality products.

2. Can I order a Pumpple cake to pick up tomorrow night?

Sorry, but we kindly request at least 72-hours notice on Pumpple cake orders.  We make everything from scratch here at Flying Monkey, including the pie crust and pie fillings.  This is extremely labor intensive – especially with multiple orders – but we think it’s worth it, and we hope our customers do too!  To maintain such high quality and keep up with the demand, we must keep a strict time schedule. We’d love to provide one for your special event or party, so please plan accordingly.  The more advance notice, the better – but 72 hours is what we require.

3. Can I customize my pie and cake combinations?

Sorry, at this time it is not possible to customize the pie and cake combinations for the Pumpple cake.  We are always experimenting with seasonal variations, though, so stay tuned!

4. Can you save me a slice of Pumpple cake until I can pick it up from the bakery later?

Sorry, but no. We have a policy of first come first serve when it comes to slices of Pumpple Cake served at the bakery. Demand is high, and we do our best to make everyone happy. But come early and you’ll have the best chance of getting a slice to enjoy.

5. Can you tell me how you make it? I want to try it at home.
