City Kitchen is the live demonstration kitchen located inside Reading Terminal Market. Regular classes and culinary experiences are available in City Kitchen and I’m going to be teaching an entire class on S’mores! We’ll improve upon the graham cracker, make marshmallows from scratch and whip up a few desserts using our leftover ingredients.
